CNC Machining Service

CNC is the traffic driver. Precision is the proof.

For metal and plastic prototypes, CNC gives the clearest path from engineering drawing to functional part. We use it for tight fits, cosmetic housings, brackets, fixtures and complex surfaces where the part must feel production-ready.

Vacuum Casting

When the look and feel matter before tooling.

Vacuum casting is useful when a team needs production-like parts without opening a steel mold. It is especially strong for flexible materials, soft-touch parts, cosmetic models and repeated small batches.

Tolerance
Typically around ±0.1mm, subject to part size and silicone mold behavior

3D Printing

Use printing where geometry moves faster than tooling.

Additive manufacturing helps with complex internal geometry, fast iteration and specialty material trials. We describe aerospace-grade and medical-grade as capability levels, not as public claims about restricted projects or clinical-use parts.

Sheet Metal

Support parts should not slow the main build.

Sheet metal covers enclosures, brackets, panels and supporting structures around the primary prototype. It keeps the project moving when a product needs machined parts, formed parts and finishing in the same delivery window.

The final surface is where small mistakes become visible.

Finishing is not decoration at the end. Color, gloss, texture and edge quality affect whether a prototype can be used in reviews, customer demos and pilot builds.
